This Privacy Policy explains how GameSignal (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data in connection with gamesignal.dev and the web hosting and community website services we provide. GameSignal provides web hosting, website templates and related web services for gaming communities, clans and organisations. We do not provide game server hosting (for example dedicated DayZ, Rust or Minecraft game servers).

• Contact and enquiry data — name, email address, community or server name, game interest, message content and any other details you submit via our contact form or email.
• Account and billing data — name, email, billing address, payment references and service plan details when you become a customer (processed as needed to provide and bill for services).
• Service and technical data — domain names, hosting account identifiers, IP addresses, server logs, support tickets, and usage information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot hosting.

• Communications — emails and messages you send to us, and our replies.

We do not intentionally collect special category data. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary for your enquiry.

We process such content as a processor only as needed to provide the hosting service, follow your documented instructions, and meet our security and legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process any personal data in content you host with us, and for providing appropriate notices to your own users or players.

We may share personal data with:

• Infrastructure and service providers — data centres, payment processors, email or form providers, domain registrars and similar suppliers who help us deliver the service under appropriate agreements;
